Do I possess the right to have flawed fixtures (that were not initially reported) repaired by management?

In my haste to move everything to my new place, I did not immediately make myself wary of several small disfigurements in the unit. The front door's weather stripping is torn, the closet's floor rail is bent, the shower doors have rusty/moldy caulking, and stains are coming up from the carpet that have not been blackened on my account. I caused none of these issues, but I did not report these problems from the outset. I have rented for over a year now, but want it all fixed. Am I out of luck? What is the best course of action here?

After a year I really think it's too late to try and say all of those things were already there. You could probably ask to have the weather stripping and bent floor rail fixed, but the others seem like cleaning issues. Keeping the place clean (carpets and shower caulking) is your responsibility, not management's.
