Track Light Head
Felt extremely light headed and threw up after running?

Track season ended and its summer break so i was trying to start training for cross country.
I haven't ran in about 10 days. This morning when i ran i felt normal, but when i stopped briefly in front of my house i felt extremely dizzy. To the point where i couldn't see what was in front of me. This went on for about 15-20 minutes. And i threw up the water i drank before running.. And it's crazy because i only ran for 20 minutes today...
(I injured my leg before and couldn't run for almost a month. When i started again however i didn't experience this)

that happened to me once
you shouldn't eat anything for about 2 hours before running or drinking water either
drink lots of water after running
and maybe you were out of shape
