Stupid Lab Report Due Tomorrow?

Okay So I have to
1.) Calculate the molar mass for 6 elements (provided)
2.) Calculate the frequency and energy of the light for 4 wavelengths (provided)
3.) Explain how heating electrons cause the color of flames in 1-2 paragraphs talking about energy and wavelengths.

I got this:

1)Molar Mass:
a. Lithium Chloride: (7+17)=24
b. Barium Chloride: (137+70)=107
c. Calcium Chloride: (40+70)=110
d. Potassium Nitrate: (39+14) =53
e. Sodium Chloride:(48+17)=65
f. Strontium Chloride:(87+17)=104
2)Energy of Light:
a. 546 nm:5.49x105
b. 397 nm:7.56x105
c. 590 nm:7.69 x105
d. 641 nm:4.68 x105

am i on the right track? and any hints for three? im soo confused and I absolutly am 100% lost...I think.

100% lost
